1. General Terms
1.1 Acceptance of Terms. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, Bonus Terms, and any other policies published on the tq444 platform (collectively, the "Agreement"), govern your use of the tq444 website, mobile web application, and all associated services (collectively, the "Platform"). By accessing the Platform in any way, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the Agreement.
1.2 Amendments. tq444 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice. The revised Terms will take effect immediately upon publication on the Platform. 1.3 Definitions. In these Terms, "tq444", "we", "us", and "our" refer to the tq444 platform and its operating entity. "You", "user", and "player" refer to any individual who accesses or uses the Platform. "Account" means a registered tq444 user account. "Platform" means the tq444 website at tq444.app and all associated services. "BDT" or "৳" refers to Bangladeshi Taka.
1.4 Governing Language. These Terms are published in English. In the event of any discrepancy or inconsistency between the English version and any translation that may be provided for convenience, the English version shall prevail in all respects.
1.5 Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found by a competent authority to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable from the remainder of the Terms, and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
1.6 Entire Agreement. The Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and tq444 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersedes all prior agreements, representations, and understandings of any kind between the parties relating to the subject matter hereof.
2. Account Registration
2.1 Eligibility. To register a tq444 account, you must: (a) be at least 18 years of age; (b) be a natural person (corporate accounts are not permitted); (c) provide accurate, complete, and truthful registration information; and (d) not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law to the extent that accessing the Platform would expose you to criminal liability.
2.2 One Account Per Person. Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered tq444 account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same name, a different name, a different email address, a different device, or a different IP address — is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are detected, tq444 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void all pending wagers, and forfeit any balances held in duplicate accounts.
2.3 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and contact details. You must promptly notify tq444 of any changes to your registration information by contacting support at [email protected]. tq444 is not liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.
2.4 Identity Verification (KYC). tq444 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents at any time, including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or in response to a responsible gaming concern:
- Government-issued photo identification (National ID card, passport, or driving licence)
- Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within 90 days)
- Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot of bKash or Nagad account registered in your name)
- Source of funds documentation (where required by our internal risk policies)
Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within the timeframe specified by tq444 support may result in temporary restriction or permanent closure of your account, with balances held pending satisfactory verification.
2.5 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your tq444 login credentials (username and password). You must not share your credentials with any third party, allow any third party to access your account, or use another person's account. tq444 will treat any activity performed using your account credentials as authorised activity for which you are responsible. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify tq444 support immediately.
3. Age Restriction
3.1 Minimum Age. tq444 operates a strict minimum age policy of 18 years. You must be 18 years of age or older to register an account, log in to the Platform, make deposits, place wagers, or participate in any promotional activity. By registering and using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old.
3.2 Age Verification. tq444 may request age verification documents at any stage of the account lifecycle, including at registration, before authorising a withdrawal, or following a responsible gaming flag. Acceptable documents include a valid National ID card, passport, or birth certificate. Accounts where underage access is confirmed will be immediately and permanently suspended.
3.3 Underage Account Policy. Any account found to have been registered by or used by a person under the age of 18 will be permanently closed. All deposits made by an underage user will be returned to the originating payment method. Any winnings accrued during the period of underage usage will be forfeited in their entirety. tq444 will not be liable for any losses incurred by an underage user.

Attempting to circumvent age verification by providing false documentation is a serious violation of these Terms and may be reported to relevant authorities.
4. Deposits & Withdrawals
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. tq444 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods, subject to availability in your region: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. tq444 reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice.
4.2 Own Accounts Only. All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party payment accounts are strictly prohibited. If a deposit is received from a third-party account, tq444 reserves the right to reverse the deposit, close the account, and withhold any associated winnings pending investigation.
4.3 Deposit Processing. Deposits via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to your tq444 account within seconds of the transaction being confirmed. Deposits via bank transfer may take longer depending on the processing times of the relevant banking institution. tq444 is not responsible for delays caused by payment providers or banking institutions.
4.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed during BST (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6) business hours. Standard withdrawal processing times are as follows:

4.5 Withdrawal Verification. tq444 reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal. This includes but is not limited to KYC documentation as described in Section 2.4. Withdrawals will not be processed to any payment method other than one previously used for a deposit on the account, or one that has been verified by the tq444 compliance team.
4.6 Inactive Account Policy. An account that has had no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months is classified as inactive. tq444 reserves the right to apply an administrative fee of ৳200 per month to inactive account balances after this period. You will be notified by email before any fee is applied. Account balances that fall to zero as a result of inactivity fees will result in the account being closed.
4.7 Currency. All account balances, deposits, and withdrawals on tq444 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). tq444 does not currently support multi-currency accounts. Any currency conversion fees charged by your payment provider are your own responsibility.
5. Bonus Policy
5.1 Eligibility. Promotional bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and other incentives offered by tq444 are subject to individual promotional terms that are published alongside each offer. General eligibility requirements apply to all tq444 promotions: you must have a verified account in good standing, you must have made at least one qualifying deposit (unless otherwise stated), and you must not have opted out of promotional communications.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, all bonus funds credited to your tq444 account are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn as cash. The wagering requirement means that you must wager the bonus amount (or the bonus plus deposit amount, as specified) a stated number of times before a withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted. For example, a wagering requirement of 30x on a ৳1,000 bonus means you must wager a total of ৳30,000 before the bonus winnings are withdrawable.
5.3 Game Contributions. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live casino games, including roulette, baccarat, and blackjack, typically contribute at a reduced rate (commonly 10%) compared to slot games (typically 100%). The specific contribution rates for each game type are published in the relevant promotion's terms and conditions.
5.4 Bonus Abuse. tq444 operates a zero-tolerance policy towards bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses multiple times; using automated betting strategies designed to exploit bonus terms; placing opposing bets across multiple accounts to guarantee a profit from bonus funds; and any other strategy that tq444 reasonably determines to be an attempt to exploit a promotional offer in bad faith. Where bonus abuse is detected, tq444 reserves the right to void the bonus, void all associated wagers and winnings, and close the account.
5.5 tq444's Right to Modify Promotions. tq444 reserves the right to modify, suspend, withdraw, or cancel any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. tq444 is not liable for any loss or inconvenience resulting from the modification or cancellation of a promotion. Changes to ongoing promotions will be communicated to affected players by email or in-account notification where reasonably practicable.
6. User Obligations
6.1 Lawful Use. You agree to use the tq444 Platform only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of any third party. You must not use the Platform in any way that is fraudulent, deceptive, or contrary to any applicable law or regulation.
6.2 Prohibited Conduct. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the tq444 Platform:
- Registering or attempting to register more than one account
- Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information
- Using the Platform if you are under 18 years of age
- Attempting to access another user's account without authorisation
- Using automated software, bots, scrapers, or any other non-human means to interact with the Platform
- Engaging in any form of match-fixing, collusion, or cheating in any game or betting market
- Using the Platform to launder money or finance any illegal activity
- Exploiting any software bug, glitch, or error in the Platform for personal gain
- Harassing, threatening, or abusing tq444 staff or other users
- Reproducing, copying, or distributing any content from the Platform without written permission
6.3 Responsible Use. You acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that outcomes are not guaranteed. You agree to use the Platform responsibly, within your personal financial means, and to make use of the responsible gaming tools provided by tq444 if you feel your gambling behaviour is becoming problematic. 6.4 Compliance with Local Laws. tq444 operates as an offshore platform and does not represent that its services are lawful in your jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for determining whether your use of tq444 is lawful in your own jurisdiction and for complying with all applicable local laws and regulations. tq444 accepts no liability for any legal consequences arising from your use of the Platform in a jurisdiction where online gambling is restricted or prohibited.
7. Account Closure & Suspension
7.1 Voluntary Closure. You may request the closure of your tq444 account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Before your account is closed, any remaining balance will be processed for withdrawal to your verified payment method, subject to standard verification requirements being met. Pending wagers at the time of closure will be settled according to their outcomes before the final balance is calculated.
7.2 Self-Exclusion. As part of tq444's responsible gaming commitment, you may request a self-exclusion at any time. A self-exclusion closes your account and blocks re-registration for the period you specify. Self-exclusion requests take effect immediately upon confirmation by the tq444 responsible gaming team. 7.3 tq444's Right to Suspend or Close Accounts. tq444 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms
- Reasonable suspicion of fraud, identity theft, or money laundering
- Provision of false or misleading registration information
- Evidence or reasonable suspicion that the account holder is under 18 years of age
- Abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour towards tq444 staff or other users
- Bonus abuse or exploitation of software errors
- Chargebacks or disputed transactions initiated without prior contact with tq444 support
- Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within the specified timeframe
7.4 Balances on Closed Accounts. Where a tq444 account is closed by tq444 due to a breach of these Terms, any balance held in the account at the time of closure may be forfeited in whole or in part, depending on the nature and severity of the breach. tq444 will communicate its decision regarding the treatment of account balances in writing to the email address associated with the account.
8. Limitation of Liability
8.1 Platform Availability. tq444 makes reasonable efforts to ensure that the Platform is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. However, tq444 does not guarantee uninterrupted availability and accepts no liability for losses arising from Platform downtime, maintenance windows, technical failures, or interruptions to service caused by third-party providers including payment processors, game studios, or internet service providers.
8.2 Game Outcomes. All game outcomes on tq444 are determined by certified random number generators (RNGs) or, in the case of live dealer games, by the outcome of physical game equipment operated by trained dealers in licensed studios. tq444 does not guarantee any particular outcome and accepts no liability for gambling losses incurred on the Platform. You acknowledge that gambling is inherently speculative and that you may lose all funds deposited.
8.3 Exclusion of Consequential Loss. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, tq444 excludes all liability for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible loss, whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise.
8.4 Maximum Liability. Where liability cannot be excluded entirely under applicable law, tq444's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your tq444 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
8.5 Indemnification. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless tq444 and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Platform, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law or regulation.
